Sawtooth Adventure EXPERIENCE Sponsorship

Community Sponsors are non-profits and organizations that provide education and information for the greater good of the bikepacking community. The Sawtooth Adventure Experience would like to provide in-kind sponsorship opportunities for community-based organizations interested in giving clinics and demos at the SAE event.  We are offering the following in-kind sponsorship opportunities for our event:

Workshop Sponsorship

• Your company will have the opportunity to provide a workshop on a topic related to bikepacking, such as gear selection, route planning, or bike maintenance.
• Your company's logo is prominently displayed on workshop signage and promotional materials.
• Your company's promotional materials were distributed to workshop participants.
• Opportunity to include a product demonstration or showcase during the workshop.

Product Sponsorship

• Your company can provide products for our events, such as camping gear, bike accessories, or outdoor apparel.
• Your company's logo is prominently displayed on event signage and promotional materials.
• Your company's promotional materials are distributed to event participants.
• Opportunity to include a product demonstration or showcase at a designated area during the event.

Informational Sponsorship

• Your company will be able to provide educational and informational materials related to bikepacking, such as guides, maps, or tips for beginners.
• Your company's logo is prominently displayed on informational signage and promotional materials.
